The PCA for Windows Online Manual

How to Read and Adjust the Trade History in PCA

As you can see in the screenshot below,The trade history screen can provide a variety of "views". You can view the Trades Only, The Historical prices only, Historical prices and Trades or Dividends only.

The data in the trade history screen will be displayed in the format selected for the history on the equity manager, or the simulator, which ever is currently active. That means it will be displayed Daily, Weekly or Monthly. If you are looking at weekly data, all trades for that week will show up as an aggregate number on the same line as the closing price for that week.

Meaning, If you traded on Tuesday and Thursday, and are looking at the trade history in weekly format, then you will see the total of the trades shown with the closing price from Friday(4pm EST).

The actual trade data and the mathematics behind the trading are not affected by this display.

To see the actual trade by trade data you could look at it in Daily format, select trades only from the view. Once again, these will be aggregate numbers with the closing price if you traded more than once in the same day.

To see exactly, and specifically the details of EACH trade, simply double click a trade entry in the grid box and the trade entry dialog box will pop up, and display each actual trade. You can select an individual trade from this grid and it will pop into the editable fields in the trade entry dialog box. You could now edit this trade data, and click update, or any of the other available options.
