How to use the Chat Room in PCA

 

The PCA Chat Room is the same Chat Feature that is provided in the PCA Investors Club at Yahoo!. In order to use the Chat Room straight from your PCA you will need to go to the PCA User's Club and Sign Up.Then, the first time you want to use the Chat you will need to download and install a component from Yahoo!. It will pop right up the first time you click the Chat Link and when you select OK to install it will install immediately then the window will close. Now you are all set and ready to go.

If you have a set of speakers and a microphone on your computer, you will be able to use the voice chat features, if not you can still text chat with PCA users world-wide.

The PCA Chat room opens in a new window so you can reduce it to your task bar while you use your PCA. With your speakers on you can still listen to any ongoing chat while it is reduced. You can also set it on "hands free" so your microphone will pick up whatever you say, and you will not have to click the talk button everytime you want to say something.

Our hopes in adding the chat room was that users would share tips, tricks, and power techniques, as well as stock selection and general market commentary. Please feel free to ask other users about PCA features you may not be familiar with.

 

Support personnel are often online and available from the chat room, but keep in mind we have thousands of users from more that 58 countries, so we may not always be available to answer your question. Enjoy this new feature, we hope you like it.
